UN VIAJE AL CENTRO DE LA TIERRA (2015 - 2017) 

Me interesa la exploración de la imagen en movimiento y flujo de la luz roja del carbón sobre su mismo cuerpo. Hipnotizada por la luz y el sonido, me producían el aislamiento de las cosas que me rodeaban, enfrentándome a descifrar un criptograma, en donde el sonido y la imagen evocaban otros sonidos interiores de la tierra y de los movimientos de las placas tectónicas, se podía escuchar las tripas y su corazón; una visión visceral del centro de la tierra.

 

Ese criptograma de dibujos sobre papel y videos de la luz roja ilustrados como una cosa muy simple puede explicar la idea de origen. Estas imágenes nos aproximan a los microorganismos y las épocas de los periodos carboníferos en donde aseguran los hallazgos científicos la evolución de los anfibios. Entonces me interesa como unos gestos artísticos pueden explicar los misterios que han acompañado a la humanidad "el origen de la vida", la ciencia ficción anticipándonos a la construcción de otros mundos y  han enfrentarnos a lo desconocido.

I am interested in the exploration of the moving image and flow of the red light of the coal on the same body. Hypnotized by the light and sound, they produced the isolation of the things that surrounded me, facing me to decipher a cryptogram, where the sound and the image evoked other interior sounds of the earth and the movements of the tectonic plates, it was possible to listen to your guts and your heart; a visceral vision of the center of the earth. 

 

That cryptogram of drawings on paper and videos of the red light illustrated as a very simple thing can explain the idea of origin. These images bring us closer to microorganisms and the times of the Carboniferous periods where scientific findings ensure the evolution of amphibians. So I am interested in how some artistic gestures can explain the mysteries that have accompanied humanity "the origin of life", science fiction anticipating the construction of other worlds and have us face the unknown.
